I finally finished my thesis. (well, of course, it's not exactly finished--these things never are.) But I turned it in. All I have left to write is an introduction. Also I have to make a few edits to the essay I'll be reading at my reading next Monday. Very weird.
But hooray for summer! I actually finished two days ago, but have been enjoying the bliss of not needing to get stuff done. or at least not high pressure stuff. I do have a job that I should get going on. But, besides that...
Anyway, here's a photo of when my friend Luisa visited and we went to Laramie's Jubliee Days. It was quite fun. Tonight I may go to a baseball game (or to sleep) and tomorrow, I'm hoping to go swimming. Imagine that: four days off in a row!
