sorry for the posting delay, once again. i've been sick--really really sick for weeks. : weak, shaky, exhausted, nauseas, fever, all the worst: we did all sorts of tests (& are still doing some.) but we just got a positive for mono, yes, the kissing disease.
i haven't done much kissing lately, or even sharing utensils or the like--and i don't actually know anyone else who has mono. but i do. it's good to know that at least--tomorrow i'll find out if this is the cause of all my symptoms, or just a part-cause. (it depends on the severity of the mono, i guess--whether or not they start looking at other stuff too.)
anyway, it sucks big time. (i have the chills as my writing this.) pray for me, if you think of it! health & peace! (& that i'll finish my thesis. good heavens.)
thankfully someone's taking over teaching for me for a couple of weeks & i'll do a summer defense of my thesis--so that should give me a bit of a break.
oh--and i don't remember if i mentioned this (and am too tired to check my old post) but missouri it is! i told everyone else no, so i'll be moving to columbia, mo come fall for my phd.
