i've decided it's high time i write about something beyond cats & babies, though I am having an enormously good time living with tonka (truck as i call him--who really likes me a lot, thankfully. he spends lots of time on my lap and sleeps in my bed, most nights. oh man do i want a cat.)
anyway, i've added the prince caspian film to my rotation of harry potter movies that i used to watch daily.
i really do like PC. it's surprising, because i wasn't all that impressed by the first narnia film. i thought it was alright, but the production of it felt a bit weak. this one's much better, at least i think. i think i like the plot better, too--perhaps even better than what's in the book.
i've been watching bits of this every day for the past couple of weeks, as i grade, get work done, etc. there's something so nice about a movie you know well enough that you can bounce in and out of watching.
also, i'd like to note that it's 60 degrees here...in january!!
